Regular exercise is necessary to keep your body in good shape. As part of your initial patient services you will receive a 30 minute personal exercise session with the in house personal trainer. In the initial exercise session the trainer will help you design a sustainable exercise program based on your likes and dislikes. You will leave the session with your own reproducible exercise program based on your goals and limitations. A co-created program that you love and want to commit to! And as you become stronger, leaner, and more fit you can reschedule with the trainer to adjust your training plan accordingly. Our exercise training sessions are especially designed to ensure that your body does not experience unnecessary wear and tear. Engaging in
